Amir Shaikezhanov – Community organiser at Safe Space Almaty, Kazakhstan. Amir runs a queer bar that helps fund a shelter for the trans community. His enterprise also includes a community centre, which serves as a free space for activities organised by LGBTI activists and groups.
Ivan Dimov – Founder and Executive Director of the Single Step Foundation in Bulgaria and CEO of The Steps, the largest LGBTI social enterprise in Europe. With a background in investment banking and venture capital across New York and Sydney, Ivan brings a wealth of experience and insight into scaling impact with purpose.
